The Past Week

So I have not written on this in a while but that is okay.
So far I have visited Magic Kingdom three times, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
Yesterday, Kurt, Alex and I all woke up early and went to Animal Kingdom...BIG MISTAKE, it was just packed from morning extra magic hours. But we went to festival of the Lion King, Expedition Everest, walked through the forest, did the safari and had lunch at the Yak and Yeti which was AMAZING!
After that, we went to property control to get Alex an Indiana Jones whip...the other day, Kurt and I had gone to property control and gotten Indiana Jones whips and ran around Vista Way with them so Alex wanted one too. The other day when I went, I had spend like 30 dollars on stuff there, normally priced at 140! It was amazing...buty yesterday I had bought a princess wig for three dollars.

So then we found Karin in Property Control and the four of us went over to Magic Kingdom. Once we got in like right after the main gate, Chip and Dale were outside greeting people and Alex REALLY wanted to get a picture with Chip and Dale but Kurt didn't want to wait in line so he went to the emporium while the three of us waited. We were actually the last ones that were allowed to see them before they went "to get some nuts" so we were very lucky. Immediately Chip grabbed my arm and Dale grabbed Karin's and started walking away with us. It was hilarious..and Alex was just standing there like "what about my picture!" haha, and then after walking away, we walked back and Chip started dancing with me for a few minutes..I think someone has a picture of it, but it was pretty funny.

Then we went to Jungle Cruise which was wierd for Alex cuz he is a skipper there, so he knew the answers to all the jokes and could recite the speech off by heart. We did a few more rides and finally we were exhausted and called it quits for the day and came back to Vista Way.

Later last night, we were sooo bored, so Kurt, Dana and I decided to put on princess wigs that we had bought and dressed up like the characters and walked around knocking on random doors pretending we were princesses. People thought we were absolutely mental, but I don't care, it was fun.

I've done a ton of other stuff in the last week but I am just going to list it:
-went to the Vista Way soc hop party and got my picture taken with Minnie and Goofy
-lost my voice for a few days from screaming so loud on Tower of Terror and Rock N Rollercoaster
-got a Magical Moment certificate thingy from my manager which was kind of like a Gotcha
-went to Beaches and Cream and split a Kitchen Sink Sundae with three other people...we did not finish, but I can definitely say that is the LAST time I will ever get one of those
-we cut A LOT of lines in different parks from knowing people that work there. It is amazing. Especially at Toy Story Mania when it is a 100 minute wait all the time and we are in and out in like 10 minutes...definitely love being a cast member
-I talk to a lot of people when I am working and majority of the guests are super super nice! I loveee talking to people here, its probably my favourite thing when I am here.
-I have been told by a lot of people that my managers think very highly of me so thats a big confidence boost

But I have to go to work now. Kris Allen comes to the studios tomorrow and the parade starts right where I check in (I see everyone getting ready for block party and high school musical everyday) so I will most likely see him! But I'm a little disappointed that I won't get to hear him sing.
