A whole week gone

I can't believe a week has gone by so quickly. It is insane!

So pretty much on friday I had training at Disney university. Yes it is a university...see the photo attached. It was a nice long 8 hours but parts were pretty exciting and they had a few videos that they showed that were funny. For lunch, our trainer took us too backstage Magic Kingdom to the tunnels where we got to eat in the cafeteria. Then me and a few other girls ventured through the tunnels up through above ground. We then walked around a bit and went through Minnie's house because Valerie had never seen it.

Then we went back and finished up training day 1.

On Saturday, both Kurt and I had the day off so we went to Walmart, then walked around the outlets which look pretty good (cannot wait to get paid!).

On Sunday, I had on the job training on Hollywood Studios. The park is so peaceful when it is empty. I was there for the park opening so we were greeting guests as they entered so it was INSANE to see the mobs of people speed walking to Toy Story Mania. Minnie was right next to me so many children just ran for Minnie. Because it was mother's day, they handed out roses to EVERY mother in the park which was really nice. After my shift, I went and road Tower of Terror which was a walk on and there was barely anyone in my elevator.

It was also my Hillary's birthday yesterday so about 8 of us from our building went and walked around Downtown Disney and then ate dinner at Planet Hollywood. One of the waiters looked IDENTICAL to Bon Jovi.

It was pretty funny

Today, i had ANOTHER day off but nobody I knew had a day off too so i spent the day by the pool and stayed there until 2pm when Daddy's space shuttle launch went off. I have a picture of that too, which isnt very good but you can kind of see it. It was a cloudy day. Speaking of the weather, it has yet to rain ONCE! Apparently it hasn't rained in weeks but I saw some dark clouds rolling in about an hour ago so maybe it will rain tonight.
